Sue Newman is widely recognized in the Atlanta real estate community as an expert in Atlanta new condominium sales. She has been the lead salesperson at such high profile condominium developments as The Four Seasons, Hillside at Lenox, 2500 Peachtree and most recently, the St. Regis Residences, Atlanta.
Over the years she has been acknowledged numerous times for outstanding achievement in condominium sales including a Professionalism Award for Sales Team of the Year from the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. She also has won the Million Dollar Circle Platinum Award from the National Sales and Marketing Council of the National Home Builders Association. As a sales associate for one of Atlanta’s largest residential real estate companies, she was a member of the President’s International Diamond Society and the President’s International Elite Circle.
Newman came to Atlanta in 1995 after serving as the Associate Director of Leasing for a 2.5 million square foot office park in Princeton, NJ. An Ohio native who attended Ohio State University, Newman began her real estate career with Columbus-based John W. Galbreath & Co., an international developing company.
She is a Life Member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club and a Certified Relocation Consultant. She is also active in the Buckhead Business Association.
